About LIXIAN Education
LIXIAN Education provides Hong Kong education planning for Mainland Chinese families, covering secondary school transfers, university applications, interview preparation and academic transition.
We start with the student's academic background and own aspirations, then consider the family's goals and practical arrangements to develop a clear plan for applications and preparation.
See the child first, then plan
Our name draws on 立賢無方 in the Mencius, Li Lou II. For us, its educational significance is the importance of recognising different strengths rather than judging every student by one standard.
Planning brings aspirations and preparation together. Alongside grades, we consider study habits, language and communication skills, subject interests and the student's thoughts about a new environment.
School recommendations begin with that assessment. We compare curricula, learning expectations and family arrangements, explaining both the reasons for each recommendation and the preparation still needed.
During applications, the plan becomes a document checklist, preparation schedule and progress record. Interview practice centres on the student's real experiences and ideas.
Families who choose transition support receive follow-up within the agreed scope, reviewing study habits and adjustment to the new curriculum before considering the next stage.
Admission matters to us. So does what happens after it.
