What we collect

When you contact us through the website form, WeChat or email, you may give us: your name, contact details, your child's year group and the direction you are considering, and anything else you choose to tell us.

For the first conversation we do not need your child's name, ID number or photo. Please do not send them. Once a service begins, we will explain and ask for any further details only when planning or applications genuinely require them.

How we use it

Only to contact you, understand your child’s situation and provide education planning and application services to your family. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not sell it.

Sharing and keeping data

We do not share your data with third parties unless you agree or the law requires it. Anything that needs to go to a school as part of an application will be confirmed with you first.

We keep data only as long as the service needs it. When the service ends, you can ask us to delete it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you and your child at any time. Email consult@lixianedu.com.
